  • 500 MB of available Hard Drive space (for remote deposit software)
  • 500 MD to 1 GB available hard drive space (for working/storage files)
  • 1024x768 minimum screen resolution
  • Printer accessible (laser or ink jet)
  • CD ROM drive
  • Broadband internet connection (minimum upload capacity of 256k)
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or greater
  • Internet speeds equals 1 mbps or greater
  • PC should be current on all applicable Window updates
  • Purchase of authorized Remote Deposit Capture Equipment

Customer Obligations

  • Check images presented to the bank accurately represents all information on both sides of the check
  • Check images contain all endorsements
  • Checks are kept in a safe and secure area for the required record retention period
  • Checks are destroyed in accordance with bank instructions
  • Checks can only be deposited once
  • Checks are voided after deposit verification on statement
  • Original items will be provided to the bank upon request
